What does a standard yacht charter encompass?
Every charter comes with a qualified crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and basic drinks. The specifics included can vary depending on the service — for instance, sunset cruises come with top-tier beverages and snacks, while business charters include meeting facilities and customized catering possibilities.
When should I make my booking?
For early reservations, we suggest at least 2–3 weeks prior, particularly throughout our busy season, which is May–September. Booking 4–6 weeks in advance is recommended for business events and private functions to ensure availability and provide sufficient time for personalization.
What do we do if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our greatest concern. Should our captain deem the weather conditions to be dangerous, we'll suggest an alternative date for your charter or issue a full refund. We keep a close watch on the weather forecast and will reach out to you if we anticipate unsuitable weather within 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own provisions on board?
Certainly, feel free to bring your own food and non-alcoholic refreshments. Nonetheless, we do offer a superb catering service and are able to tailor menus to suit your tastes. Please remember that for safety reasons, glass containers are forbidden on board.
Is there yacht access for guests who have mobility challenges?
We are committed to accommodating all our guests. Certain yachts in our fleet offer more features for easy access than others. We ask you to get in touch at the time of reservation to go over particular requirements, and we’ll point you to the most appropriate vessel and make whatever accommodations are necessary.
What is the policy for canceling a booking?
For cancellations more than 72 hours in advance of departure, a full refund is issued. If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours before, you're eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead of time are non-refundable, except in the event of unsuitable weather or mechanical issues on our part.
